Let me start by saying that I was a certified technician for restraints for children over six years. During this time I personally inspected approximately six thousand cars. I checked everything from baby carriers to increase units for older children. I guess you could say that qualifies as an expert. Each of these places came with a parent. Parents are people and we all know, some people will do it correctly and read the instructions. They seem very professional to inspect and teach.
